My name is Alwyn Kannemeyer, and I am the Principle of Urban Town Property Studio.

I have actively been servicing clients in the property sector for more than 10 years as I build relationships by seeking the best solution for my valued customers.

We strive to gain market share, and in doing we remain focused on sound property transactions. This includes aspects such as sales, leasing, developments, general property strategy, negotiations, deal structuring, risk analysis and turn key projects.
